*Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy - Aakar Saree*

At Aakar Saree, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our customer-first policy is designed to address any concerns you may have and make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

### How to Request a Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at *care@aakarsaree.com* within *6 days* of receiving your product.

*Note*: Requests made after 6 days of receiving the product will not be processed.

### Return Process:

1. *Initiate Return: Email confirmation will be provided, and a reverse pickup will be arranged within **2-3 days*.
2. *Condition for Return*: The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the label intact.
3. *Quality Check*: After the product is received at our warehouse (usually 7-10 days), it will undergo a quality check. If the product passes, we will initiate a refund.
4. *Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through online modes of payment and will be completed **7 days after product receipt at our warehouse*.

*Note: Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks. Products bought during promotional sales (e.g., Blockbuster Sales, Never Before, Never After) are **not eligible for refunds* but can only be exchanged.

*Special Condition*: If you return an item that was part of a bundle with a discount, the refund will be recalculated based on the remaining product’s value after the discount. For example:

– If you purchased two items worth ₹3000 each with a 10% discount but returned one item, the refund for the remaining item will be based on a 5% discount, not 10%.

If you purchased a single item with a 10% discount and a minimum cart value of ₹6000, a full refund will be issued after the item passes quality control.

### Exchange Process:

1. *Initiate Exchange: After email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged within **2-3 days*.

2. *Condition for Exchange*: The product must be unused, with the label intact and in original packaging.

3. *Quality Check: After the product is received (usually 7-10 days), a quality check will be performed, and an exchange will be processed within **1-2 days*.

4. *Exchange Policy*:

   – *Exchange Allowed Once*: You can exchange a product only once.

   – For a second exchange, a fee of *₹250* will be charged for forward and reverse pickup.

   – Exchange is available for products of *equal or higher value*. Lesser value products will not be accepted.

   – Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be returned.

*Note*: All exchanges are subject to passing quality checks.

### Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product is damaged or defective:

– Please *request an exchange* immediately.

– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the label intact.

– Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged.

*Exceptions*:

– Products damaged due to use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
– If a replacement for a damaged or defective product is unavailable, a *refund* will be issued.
